“In my opinion, the hotel's 24-hour reception is valuable, particularly given its position in a quiet area near Pisa's central attractions; I also see that they aim to create a family-friendly environment. However, some reports show concerning flaws such as tiny bathrooms and alleged racist behavior. I would say these are significant elements to consider before booking.”
